Going Green

In my quest to share with you my favorite staple colors and pieces for the fall season, I’m going green and sharing this major staple piece every girl should have in their wardrobe.

This emerald green, asymmetrical, pencil skirt has a modern twist to the plain old boring black pencil skirt. It fits well on the hips, giving you a long lean shape and is a great transitional day to night piece. I like that the slit towards the bottom isn’t overtly sexy while giving off a professional and polished look.

Social media never sleeps hehehe.

3greenforfallNot to mention that this rich green color matches perfectly with bright orange i.e. this orange chair. Green also pairs well with pink, white, black, violet and of course gold, like my lovely gold pumps from Thalia’s Macy’s collection.

I wanted to feature this green pencil skirt on the blog so my clients and readers could see that you can venture outside the traditional black pencil skirts and bring color and shape to a very important staple piece.
